Maintenance
Maintenance for the first year following your purchase of CSIpix Fingerprint Comparator is free. Maintenance includes:
- Telephone and e-mail technical support
- All upgrades and updates released during the maintenance term
After the first anniversary of your purchase you may continue the maintenance coverage for a fee of $79 per year. This fee is due each year before the anniversary of the initial purchase.
NOTE: You do not have to subscribe to the maintenance plan. Your CSIpix Fingerprint Comparator will continue to work, but you will not have access to telephone support. Without the maintenance plan upgrades must be purchased at the full list price of $299*.
